Have questions about building, maintaining or just owning a pool? We've assembled some questions below to help you know what to expect.
How does the construction process work?
First, our staff will work with you to finalize the design, add-on options, decking and other such details. Once all details are finalized, we will begin by grading the site and forming it into the necessary shape. We’ll then proceed with plumbing, electrical, steel, gunite, tile, decking, interior finish, landscaping, and accessories. Although the construction process may be unsightly, the final process will be the envy of your neighborhood. See our construction page for complete details.
Can you help me design the best pool for my backyard?
Certainly! Our staff will help you select the right size, shape and overall layout of the best pool for the area you have to work with. We understand that each home is different and each homeowner’s tastes and styles are different. We will help you with all of the details, including any add-on options, such as waterfalls, landscaping, etc. that you want to include.
Will you support and help after my pool is completed?
We build relationships. Just because we’ve completed your pool does not mean that our relationship ends. There are often questions or concerns that "pop up" well after construction is completed. We want you to feel comfortable to contact us at anytime for assistance.
How can I be assured you’re using quality parts and equipment when building my pool?
We use only the best parts and equipment available in the industry. When speaking with our staff, you can learn more specifically about the brands that we sell. We also work closely with the warranty technicians to offer you the very best warranty service if needed.
How can I be assured that your company is a reputable, quality pool builder?
First of all, check our list of references. There is no better way to become comfortable with our quality standards and customer service than to speak directly with our existing customers. Pick a name from the list you recognize or at random. Choose a name by features you are interested in, or pick someone in your neighborhool. Most customers on our referral list are more than happy to show you their pool.
